Embedded & Firmware Development

Design real-time firmware for MCUs/SoCs using Zephyr, FreeRTOS, and bare-metal C/C++. Integrate peripherals (SPI, I2C, CAN, UART) and cloud APIs. Examples: Zephyr for CAN in industrial systems; FreeRTOS for IoT edge with ARM MCUs.

RTOS & Real-Time Systems

Implement RTOS for deterministic control, interrupts, and power scheduling. Projects: FreeRTOS irrigation with sensor fusion; Zephyr wireless IoT with LoRa/BLE, Cellular, Matter, and secure OTA.

Chip Design & Tape-Out

Design analog/digital IP blocks with Cadence and simulate mixed-signal circuits. Tape-out: 45nm RISC-V SoC using mflowgen, Chipyard, Innovus, and Calibre for validation. Creating custom pipline utilizing stylus flow kit

FPGA & SoC Prototyping with RISC-V

Prototype FPGAs/SoCs with HLS, RTL (Verilog), RISC-V, and HW/SW co-design. Project: ARM-FPGA data compression on Zynq, 4x speedup with LZW via OpenCL/AXI DMA.

System Integration & Testing

Integrate firmware with PCBs, debug using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG. Experience: Altium 4-layer PCBs with SAMD21/WINC1500, HIL testing, OTA for cloud integration.

Full-Stack IoT Systems

Build full-stack IoT systems with sensors, dashboards, and predictive analytics. Projects: Onboarding platforms for 5 nations with forecasting; IoT dashboards for agriculture and robotics.
